Many southern California off-roaders make the trek to Utah to enjoy
the wonderful wide-open space, grand vistas, great scenery, and
challenging terrain. These days, however, off-roaders in Utah are
fighting the same kind of battle that we are in California. If you've
ever been to Utah, or ever want to go offroading in Utah (Moab, for
example), consider helping out these folks by staying informed and
