ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
The County of San Diego is conducting an Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV)
Route Location Study. The preliminary study and route map has been completed
and distributed for public review. The goal of the study is to consider a
broad range of off-highway vehicle recreational activities and produce a
map which identifies potential routes that could be included in an OHV Trail
System.
Public workshops will provide information regarding the study and answer
general questions. The completed study will be presented to the Board of
Supervisors next year. At that time, the Board will consider adoption of
the map and associated text into the County's General Plan.
